Managing Director Pauline Andrew teaches the BCT Counselling and Supervision Diploma courses in Brentwood.  She has an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Supervision.  She is also Director of Deep Release and teaches many of their training courses around the UK.  She has a private counselling and supervision practice and has written many booklets on a wide range of psychotherapy issues.  She is a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner and runs development days for individuals and groups.

Dr Chris Andrew practised in the fields of General Medicine, Anaesthetics, General Practice, Child Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry before setting up a private practice in London in 1984.  He has a BSc in Integrative Counselling and is completing an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy.  Chris runs a private practice in London and Essex and is a Consultant Psychotherapist for the NHS, a Supervisor, Life Coach, trainer and writer. Chris and Pauline share three grown up children and two grandchildren.

Training Standards Director Susie Donaldson originally qualified and worked as a Dietitian, specialising in supporting patients with chronic debilitating conditions. She became Director of the Suffolk-wide Dietetic Service, before leaving to raise her two sons. Currently the Director of Inspire Counselling and Training in Ipswich, she manages the day-to-day and strategic operation of this growing organisation. Susie specialises in counselling couples and is an experienced tutor for Levels 2, 3 and 4 of the Barnabas counselling training programme.

Business Director Ken Donaldson trained as a Chartered Secretary and has business experience in finance, admin, buying and customer service in retail, printing, aviation and housing. He worked for 3 years in Kenya for Mission Aviation Fellowship and was also in church leadership for 7 years. He is a trained counsellor and is currently Chief Executive of Crossroads Counselling in London. Ken and Susie live in Eye, Suffolk, and they share four children.

Hazel Barton has a degree in Biochemistry and worked in immunology research before being a full time mum. She has diplomas in Integrative Counselling and Supervision and manages the Way Inn Christian Counselling Service in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire as well as having a private counselling and supervision practice. She is a Deep Release trainer specialising in the fields of attachment, inner child, trauma and dissociation.

Andy Barton is a chartered engineer and works as a Customer Solutions Manager in an Aerospace company.  Andy and Hazel live in Hemel Hempstead and have two grown up children.  They are members and Deacons of a local Baptist church where they are involved with the children’s work and youth work.

Dr Maureen Wilkinson is Associate Medical Director and Consultant in Adult Mental Health, Cheshire & Wirral Partnership Trust. Her work has included being Senior Government Psychiatrist in Malawi and a later post in Buckinghamshire involved responsibility for a Mother and Baby Unit and a special interest in perinatal psychiatry. She is a lecturer in international mental health on diploma courses in Liverpool, London and Copenhagen.

Dr Ewan Wilkinson is Associate Director of Health Outcomes in Liverpool PCT. He originally trained as a GP and worked in rural Africa for six years. He trained in public health medicine and has led different programmes and research to reduce the impact of long term diseases, such as heart disease. Ewan is an established coach and mentor.  Maureen and Ewan are both trained Myers Briggs practitioners and run development days for individuals and teams.
